Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
If a student cannot make it to a session or needs to reschedule, please give at least 5 hours' notice. You can reach out at vinaybhat343@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled session, or missed sessions with no notice, are billed at the full session rate, without a make-up session.
1:1 Session Refunds
Prepaid single sessions that are cancelled with more than 5 hours' notice can be either rescheduled or fully refunded.
Payments
All payments must be made through Stripe. You do not need to create a Stripe account. Payments must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to your email.
Tutor Cancellations
If I need to cancel on my end, you'll be offered a make-up session at your earliest convenience or a full refund for that session.
